This gives you the buy name and by number references on one page. This is the anchor page for all links to categories by number (for references). Our general rule is that each site has a /cat folder and each /cat folder has a set of number folders which contain home pages, name pages, keyword locking pages and complete sites if needed.
Site 05 (http://www.alexandersauction.com/) is the first to get such a system. All the others are being added as we grow and our goal is to compete the category by number/by name in /cat folders at the end of 2006 (if staffing is kept at current levels).
About Malls
We also use the same /cat/ by number & by name with KW folders for mall pages and the sub sites that we have. We are improving the links to malls, making our malls better, and looking forward to adding more products to the online shops or sales sites we choose.
Site Numbers
We use site numbers and all sites are numbered each site has the standard /sf/no_00 folders and look very much alike.
We at 1 time has a site 00 and 49 other sites. We now have only this 4 hosting sites and capacity for 800 sub-domains with about 100 filled at present. We may add more sites in 2007 or as we have need. We do have sites we build for others that we rund ads on but that are not numbered in our system. They are customer web sites but my use or employ the same Top 100 Standards.

We number the malls and category 17 will also be know as Malls.

Page Numbers
We do offer some pages that are numbered for reference or history that are in dumps or shop for folders /sf (shop for and source folder have the same meaning).
Dates & Numbers
As mentioned, we do have historical pages that get named by date or by number. The /cat is the first 2, the _ (underscore) 2 to 5 more are the /sf number (where they are published from or by whom published), the next series of numbers after "_" is 6 places and a dash for the date.
Example: 49_94_022707-1 (Category 49, By SF #94, Feb 27, 2007 -(dash) 1 of others in the series.
Operator Numbers
Operator #s are part of the 2 to 5 set in the second batch of numbers (see where 94 is, this could be out to 5 places).
Source Folders & Publisher Numbers
A 2 to 5 place number (could be alpha/numeric) which indicates /SF, operator-publisher, and set owner (in terms prior to 2002). AOPUS Standards Document #1002 for Source Folder & Shop For Design Plans.
Account Numbers
Accounts are ak_XX and the standard for all main units is form launch pad #5. In 2006, the /ak_XX can change even to the /XX_XX upto 100 for by using 00_99 and combinations there of. Alpha and numeric combinations make it limitless in nature, but keeping it simple is also important. When the operator (in the 2007 plans) is given a set of numbers, they are his/hers for life of the desk name they represent. We have 50 Operator desk /sf numbers which match the set numbers (desks will have names like "Miss French" and "Mr Ed" and so on untill 50 are used.
