Community Goals

Online Community! What's it mean to an auction web site?

We are buidling an online community we have never seen the likes before. You have seen groups and clubs make a big difference when it comes to getting folks in off the Internet. Well, we too have see what can happen.

We are moving to Blogs more and more.

We like the blogs and we have fun with them. They are, or seem to be, catching on. We hope so. We did not have much control over groups be we were in them and had a few dozen. It helped but we moved away from them because the folks that abuse them online, well, they made a mess of it all. Other Blogs beside this one are: blogs.alexandersauction.com and more.

The all Family Friendly Place was messed up greatly by the advent of abusiveness and poor taste. Therefore our sites and blog is moderated. See Policy at http://www.alexandersauction.com/no/

Public Online Spaces

If we wanted junk links, we'd open a junk links site. We have a job as it is and we are 1st to admit that it is work to bring so many great links to the market. We place ads for 1000 or more affiliates now and that is work. That same effort brings you just over 1 million items to bid on daily (if you went to all our auctions listings). http://www.alexandersauction.com/bid

Blog On! We moved the blog under community!

http://www.alexandersauction.com/blogs/ or http://blogs.alexandersauction.com/ are web site blog(s) on our main blog system. So we moved Blogs under category "Community"

Thanks, Greg :0)'

BAX by Alexander's for c4bNet Sites AOPUS and you (Banner Exchanger Open).

Community is GREAT!!!

We have moved Blogs and Groups under "Community" to make things easy for the consolidation of the By Number Categories ... Some of the Top 100 we now use are mainly a community type topic and we will add them under this main category (even give it a number so it works like a menu of RELATED).

You will love it. Good work team, Keep up the good work! Greg
